Create a unique magical experience for the whole family by visiting Santa at the Broadbent Theatre.
No need to stand around waiting to see Santa. Sit yourselves down in our wonderful theatre and enjoy a glass of juice or Mulled Wine (non-alcoholic, of course!) and a Mince Pie whilst the children write a letter to Santa. Santa’s elves and characters from our Pantomime will keep everyone entertained whilst you wait – no long queues, just 50 minutes of pure fun and joy.
Each child receives a quality gift, and visitors can create lasting memories and take photos both with Santa and Mrs Claus (if available) as well as in dress up corner, all at no extra charge.
Free parking and step free access is available if required.
Hurry and book as there are limited spaces available. Bookings are available in 1 hour time slots with a maximum of 15 Santa visits per hour.
To maximise the experience for the little BIG people, we limit the number of children to see Santa to 15. This is therefore a TICKET ONLY event. Bookings are available in 5 time slots each day. These must be booked in advance using our online booking system. Thank you for your understanding.
Terms and information
- Tickets are non-refundable unless TicketSource’s third party insurance is purchase, but please be careful to read the small print as the insurance is not with the Broadbent Theatre.
- A maximum of 15 children per hour can visit Santa, but the whole family is welcome.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- Competition: Post a photo or a review online on Facebook, Instagram or X linking to the Broadbent Theatre and you could win a family ticket for 4 to our Pantomime Robinson Crusoe in early 2026. Tickets will be allocated for a specific performance and are non-transferrable.
